Cape Town

Well, after three flights, 22 hours in the air, 8 hours in lay overs and having traveled 11,600 miles, we  finally arrived in CapeTown!  According to our ticket agent, the NY to JBurg flight is the second longest commercial flight taking 15 hrs. Brutal.

Weather is cool and overcast, but is expected to be clear and 72 tomorrow. Lightening & showers during our dinner this evening at Waterfront Marketplace.
Taking  a tram up to Table Mountain (obstructed view from our room) tomorrow for a panoramic view of the City.  Having some technical problems downloading photos so tomorrow's will be better.
